In this workshop, we’ll find angles in our asanas and talk about the difference between setting up poses with bones versus muscles. Asana practice is not about being too tight, too loose, too flexible, or too stiff. When any item or shape is used the proper way, efficiency and connection are illuminated. When a hand gets plugged in, a lung has the chance to open. This workshop is all about setting up familiar yoga poses in a more stable way.
This workshop is appropriate for yogis of all levels of practice experience.
