Flow and {Be} Still

with Meryl Arnett of Sacred Chill West Yoga

Join Meryl for an early, accessible flow that will focus on engaging the body and mind in preparation for a day of deep work. A light-hearted flow will wind us through gentle hip openers and heart openers to create the warmth and energy needed for our day. Gradually, we will balance movement with the quiet intention of stillness, setting ourselves up physically, emotionally, and mentally to dive deep into the day’s workshops.
