Jessica Jollie

More than 20 years ago, Jessica’s journey on the path of yoga began unfolding. In the first years of her practice, she injured her lower back snowboarding, but with patience discovered the therapeutic power of yoga. This blessing-in-disguise has kept her on her mat ever since, helping her to maintain a healthy body, mind, and spiritual existence.

Jessica’s most influential teachers who have inspired her life’s work include: Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois, Dr. Scott Blossom, Mary Kay West, and Greg Miner. Now as an Experienced 500 hour- Registered Yoga Teacher, with three thousand hours of guiding classes, workshops, private therapy sessions, retreats, and Teacher Trainings, she is more passionate than ever about continuing to help others.

Philosophically, Jessica calls herself a “Yoga Universalist,” referring to any form or perspective of yoga that awakens clarity, strengthens and heals the body, and energizes the spirit.

Personally, Jessica connects most with Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga. She is a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist and also holds a Master’s degree in Counseling. She uses her mental and emotional health training and experience in all of her teachings.
