Lara Falberg is a vinyasa yoga instructor in exotic Columbus, Ohio. Lara completed her initial training at Peachtree Yoga in Atlanta, Georgia and taught yoga throughout the city for several years. She produced a yoga DVD called “Yoga Dose” in August of 2008 that received favorable reviews from Yoga Journal and on Amazon.com. Lara teaches a highly creative vinyasa flow that is imbused with alignment focus and anatomy discussion.
Lara teaches workshops at Ohio State University that combine yoga philosophy and clinical therapeutic practices. She taught at the Ohio National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Conference in November of 2012, and has been asked to speak at the California conference in 2013. She writes for Elephant Journal, and is almost finished with her novel, Yoga Train, about a group of people who go through a yoga teacher training program set in Columbus, Ohio. She is a Lululemon ambassador and loves the company’s focus on personal responsibility and reaching our personal bests by elevating those around us. Lara has trained with Kathryn Budig, Cyndi Lee, Sean Corne, Sean Tebor, and Dharma Mittra. She actively seeks out different yoga styles, philosophies, and perspectives so she can continuously explore both her personal practice and her role as a yoga teacher.
