with Gretchen Griffin and Jennifer Proctor
Join Gretchen and Jennifer for a soul-soothing restorative yoga practice infused with crystal bowl healing to cultivate surrender and openness in the body. Restorative yoga is a passive practice that balances our fast-paced lifestyles and heals us both physically and mentally. Because of its passive nature, restorative yoga is accessible to people of all ages and skill-levels, as well as those with injuries.
During this special session, we will quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and increase mind/body awareness, all while being bathed in an ancient sound-healing modality.
After the class, enjoy complimentary wine, chocolate, and kombucha as you float back down to earth.
A suggested donation of $20 will be accepted at the door. All donations will benefit Centering Youth, an Atlanta-based non-profit that provides Yoga and Mindfulness classes to young people in the juvenile justice system.
